Instructions to make Paneer Mutter:
- Arrange all ingredients together for quick and methodical preparation..
- Add Onion, garlic cloves almonds and blend with 200 ml hot water untill it turns smooth..
- Heat Oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds and after they crackle add bay leaves and black cardamoms, once they sizzle add smooth mixture of Step #2..
- Add cinnamon, turmeric powder, chilli powder, green cardamoms, coriander powder and 5 spice powder. Stir and cook for 10 minutes in low medium heat, keep stirring till oil starts coming from edges and paste is formed at centre..
- Add Tomatoes puree and salt, mix well and keep it separately allowing it to cool down..
- Heat paneer in pan till other end mixture cools down completely.then pour it in blender and blend till mixture becomes soft and smooth and pour it back in kadai..
- Add 400 ml of hot water, stir it well and cover it with lid to avoid spluttering for 15 minutes..
- Now add paneer cubes and cook after mixing for 10 minutes..
- Now add green peas along with spreading evenly Garam Masala powder and Fenugreek leaves crushed with palm for more fragrance..
- Now dash it with fresh cream, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with hot hot Parathas..
