- Soak your omena in hot water for about 30mins.
- Meanwhile prepare your ingredients.
- After 30mins or more drain that water n let it stay for 5mins to remove excess water..
- Put oil in your pan n allow it to become smokey hot..
- Add your omena n on medium heat,let it fry until it becomes golden brown.Once in a while slowly turn them..
- Once it has become brown add your onions,fry them until it becomes translucent.
- There after add your garlic n ginger.Fry them for a minute.At this point,l add my curry powder,salt n royco cubes n give a quick mix..
- Add your bell pepper,dhania stems n tomatoes n allow them to cook until soft,then add your your tomato paste if need be..
- Allow it to simmer on low heat n finally garnish with dhania.
