2. Combine the flour, yeast, sugar, salt and milk flavour in a bowl..
3. Add warm water and butter to it then stir till combined..
4. Knead on a clean work surface until a smooth dough is formed..
5. Cover and allow to rest for 1½ hr or until doubled in size..
6. Punch down the dough and divide into 8 pcs, 70g each (you should have an extra 65g left).
7. Cover the rest while you work with one at a time..
8. Shape into a bun, pinching the edges well, then roll into a log (to see the video, check my INSTAGRAM story highlight).
9. Arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving small spaces in-between (for when it rises).
10. Cover and allow to rest again until doubled in size (30mins).
11. Bake in a preheated oven @400°F 10-15mins.
12. Brush with melted butter once of out the oven (optional).
